Building a Collaborative Digital Experience for Inspired Education

Inspired Education partnered with VE3 to rebuild its website, creating a scalable, user-friendly platform for students, parents, and educators. VE3 also trained Inspired’s in-house team to manage the site independently post-launch.

VE3’s Approach
From the outset, we prioritized building a strong working relationship with Inspired Education’s in-house team. Joint workshops were held to set shared goals, clarify roles and responsibilities, and establish open communication.
With a solid plan in place, we moved to the design and development phase, where Inspired’s in-house team actively participated. Using Drupal 9 as the CMS, we provided the flexibility needed to handle content from multiple schools within the network. The front-end was developed using React.js to create a responsive and interactive user interface.

A major objective of the project was to equip the in-house team with the skills to manage the website independently. To achieve this, we provided extensive training on Drupal 9, covering content management, SEO best practices, and performance monitoring.

This transition ensured that the team felt confident managing the site while still having access to help during the initial months.
